- The affected page, reproduction steps, expected behavior and actual behavior
- Device, operating system and browser versions; portrait or landscape on mobile
- For flight issues: departure and destination codes, travel speed, Auto state and any error message
- A screenshot or short recording, with personal information removed, when available
