Getting Started with the Browser Flight Simulator

Get started with AirplaneInWeb: choose a departure airport, enable automatic takeoff, switch to a window seat and adjust travel speed in your PC browser.

Start flight ↗

Your first flight

  • Drag the globe to explore and choose a departure airport.
  • Select Start flight to prepare the runway and aircraft.
  • Enable Auto to take off and fly to your destination automatically.

During your flight

  • Switch between chase, cockpit and window-seat views.
  • Travel at 1×, 5×, 20× or 100× speed.
  • Open the route map and switch between flat and globe views.
  • Use the globe button to change language. Settings contains graphics quality, destination and audio levels.

Use Chrome or Edge on a PC with WebGL2. If the view stutters, lower graphics quality in Settings.

Do I need to install anything?

No installation is needed, and the simulator is free to use. Use Chrome or Edge on an internet-connected PC with WebGL2 support.

Can I enjoy the flight without flying manually?

Auto handles takeoff, travel, approach and landing. Switch to a window-seat view to enjoy the scenery, or press a flight control key to take over.
