Pitch and bank
Push up to lower the nose and pull down to raise it. Move left or right to bank. A small central dead zone ignores tiny movements; input increases farther from the centre.
AIRPLANEINWEB / TOUCH CONTROLS
Steer with your left hand and adjust thrust with your right. Start with Auto, then learn manual control slowly at 1× speed.
Select an airport on the globe and tap Start flying. Touch controls appear after preparation finishes and the flight view opens.
Turn on Auto in the bottom bar to start automatic flight. You do not need to take off manually to get started.
Select More → Speed → 1×. Manual input turns Auto off; begin with small joystick movements.
Push up to lower the nose and pull down to raise it. Move left or right to bank. A small central dead zone ignores tiny movements; input increases farther from the centre.
Hold + to increase throttle or − to decrease it. Check THR %. Releasing a button retains the current throttle setting; this is not an instant airspeed control.
Hold either direction to apply left or right rudder. This is separate from banking with the joystick and can also help steer on the ground.
Hold to apply the ground brake. It does not stop the aircraft in mid-air or pause the simulation.
Releasing the stick returns the input to neutral. It does not automatically level the aircraft or re-enable Auto.
Use multiple fingers for the stick, throttle, rudder and brake together. These manual inputs disengage Auto. Releasing one finger is different from clearing all input.
This is not teleportation. The aircraft flies towards the new destination. More offers 1×, 5×, 20× and 100× playback; use 1× when practising manual control.
Finish starting a flight first; controls do not appear on the airport-selection globe. Close the map and settings. Device detection requires a mobile touch device; narrowing a desktop window does not enable the controls.
The layout adapts to portrait and landscape. Release your fingers before rotating, then check the new positions. This guide works in both orientations and does not disable browser zoom.
Selecting an airport does not turn Auto on. Check the Auto button. In manual flight you must steer yourself or engage Auto.
Check for a paused or crashed flight. Map/settings changes, tab switches and rotation clear input. Close panels, lift every finger, then touch the controls again.
Choose 1× and lower graphics quality in settings. Performance and availability depend on device capability and browser WebGL2 support. Operation is not guaranteed on every mobile device.
